The forward bumper of the car is shown on fig. 8.1.
The forward bumper of the car consists of a beam, the top arm of a bumper and plastic facing. As a power element of a bumper the metal beam which fastens to a radiator framework serves. Bumper facing fastens to the top arm of facing of a bumper, forward wings and the bottom part of a framework of a radiator. In bumper facing antifog headlights and decorative overlays of facing are established.
Facing of a forward bumper
Removal
Open a cowl.
Turn away two bolts of fastening located in facing of a bumper behind a lattice of a radiator (fig. 8.2).
Turn away bolts of fastening of a lattice of a radiator of a bumper (fig. 8.3).
Turn away lateral screws (on three screws from each party), located at the left and on the right in niches of forward wheels (fig. 8.4).
Turn away the screws located at the left and on the right behind lateral faces of facing of a bumper.
Turn away two screws of the bottom fastening of facing of a bumper to a radiator framework.
Separate contact sockets of antifog headlights and accurately remove facing of a bumper so that not to damage a paint and varnish covering of forward wings.
Installation
Together with the assistant accurately hang bumper facing on the top arm of facing.
From below connect contact sockets of antifog headlights and wrap two screws of the bottom fastening of facing of a bumper to a radiator framework.
Wrap the screws located from the left and right parties of the car behind lateral faces of facing of a bumper.
Wrap lateral screws (on three screws from each party), located at the left and on the right in niches of forward wheels.
Wrap bolts of fastening of a lattice of a radiator of a bumper.
Wrap two bolts of fastening located in facing of a bumper behind a lattice of a radiator.
Beam of a forward bumper
Removal
Open a cowl.
Remove bumper facing.
Turn away lateral bolts of fastening of a beam of the bumper, located at the left and on the right (fig. 8.5).
Turn away the central bolts of fastening of a beam of a bumper and remove a beam of a forward bumper (fig. 8.6).
Installation
Together with the assistant accurately bring a bumper beam to the central arm of a beam on a radiator framework, combine fixing apertures and acquire fastening bolts.
Combine apertures of lateral bolts of fastening of a beam of a bumper (at the left and on the right) with apertures in a framework of a radiator and acquire fastening bolts.
Level a beam of a bumper concerning a body of the car and tighten all bolts of fastening of a beam.
Establish bumper facing.
Подкрылки
Niches of forward wheels of the car are protected plastic подкрылками from blows of gravel and dirt hit. Подкрылки fasten screws to an internal part отбортовок a wheel arch, to facing of a forward bumper and a mudguard of a forward wing. Подкрылок has three points of fastening for installation грязезащитного an apron.

The back bumper is shown on fig. 8.7.
The design of a back bumper is similar to a design of a forward bumper, except for presence in a back bumper of a power absorbing element. The back bumper of the car consists of a beam, the top arms of facing of a bumper, the bottom arms of facing of the bumper, a power absorbing element and plastic facing of a bumper. As a power element of a bumper serves
Metal beam which fastens to a back part of a body of the car. Bumper facing fastens to the top and bottom arms of facing of a bumper, back wings. In bumper facing the antifog lantern and decorative overlays of facing is established.
Facing of a back bumper
Removal
Open a back door.
Turn away four top screws of fastening of a bumper (fig. 8.8).
Turn away two screws of fastening of facing of the bumper, located in back wheel niches from above at a joint of facing and arches of back wings.
Disconnect a contact socket of a back antifog lantern.

Turn away bolts of fastening of a beam of a bumper under its facing and remove a back bumper in gathering (fig. 8.9).
Separate facing and a bumper beam, having turned away screws of fastening of facing to the top and bottom arms of facing of a bumper.
Installation
Establish bumper facing on a bumper beam so that apertures in the top and bottom arms of fastening of facing and in facing have coincided. Acquire fastening screws. Check up correctness of mutual position of facing and a bumper beam, tighten fastening screws.
Together with the assistant bring a back bumper in gathering to a back part of a body and combine fixing apertures in arms of a body and a bumper beam.
Acquire bolts of fastening of a beam of a bumper.
Level a bumper concerning a body of the car and tighten fastening bolts.
Wrap two screws of fastening of facing of the bumper, located in back wheel niches from above at a joint of facing and arches of back wings.
Wrap four top screws of fastening of a bumper.
If last operation it is not possible to execute because of discrepancy of apertures, ослабьте bolts of fastening of a bumper to a body and, moving a bumper in gathering, achieve coincidence of apertures.
Connect a contact socket of a back antifog lantern.
Cowl
Removal and cowl installation
Removal and cowl installation spend with the assistant.
Disconnect a hose of a washer of a windscreen from a jet and a collar of fastening of a hose from a cowl underside.
Remove a cowl, having turned on on two bolts of fastening of loops.
Cowl installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
Adjustment of position of a cowl
Ослабьте an inhaling of bolts of fastening of loops of a cowl also adjust cowl position, moving it vver-hvniz and to the left-to the right.
Adjust cowl position on height rotation of buffers of a cowl (fig. 8.10).
The cowl lock
Removal
Remove a casing of the lock of a cowl, having turned away fastening screws (fig. 8.11).
Turn away three bolts of fastening of the lock of a cowl.
The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the lock of a cowl 7–11 Н·м.
Disconnect the lock and a cable of a drive of the lock, remove the cowl lock (fig. 8.12).
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
Adjustment of position of the lock of a cowl
Slightly ослабьте an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the lock of a cowl.
Adjust position of the lock of a cowl, moving it upwards-downwards or to the left-to the right (fig. 8.13).

Turn away bolts of fastening of loops of a door of a back, disconnect electroconducting and remove a back door.

Upholstery of a door of a back
Turn away screws of fastening of an upholstery of a door of a back.

By means of a stripper remove latches of fastening of an upholstery of a door of a back (fig. 8.15).
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
Cleaner of back glass
Remove an upholstery of a door of a back.
Remove the lever of a cleaner of glass with a brush (fig. 8.16).
Remove the screen wiper electric motor, having turned away bolts of fastening from an underside of a door of a back.
The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the electric motor of a screen wiper 7–11 Н·м.
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
The electric drive of the lock and the lock switch
Remove an upholstery of a door of a back.
Disconnect draught of the electric drive from the switch of the lock and remove the electric drive and a lock larva, having turned away fastening bolts. At removal of the switch of the lock slightly turn it aside.
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
The lock of a door of a back
Remove an upholstery of a door of a back.
Disconnect from the switch of the lock draught of a drive.
Disconnect draught of the external handle of a door (fig. 8.17).
Remove the door lock, having turned away fastening bolts (fig. 8.18).
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
The external handle of a door of a back
Remove an upholstery of a door of a back.

Turn away a nut of fastening of a decorative overlay and the external handle from the interior of a door, disconnect draught of a drive of the lock and remove a decorative overlay and the external handle (fig. 8.19).
Remove lanterns of illumination of licence plate, having turned away fastening screws.
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
Adjustment of position of a door of a back
Adjust position of a door of a back concerning a body aperture, moving a lock clamp upwards-downwards or to the left-to the right (fig. 8.20).
Adjust a backlash between a door of a back and a body, changing position of loops of a door (fig. 8.21).
Adjust выступание doors of a back concerning a body rotation of the left or right buffers.

Remove a door upholstery, the holder of an upholstery, влагозащитный an apron and динамик.
Pressing the switch стеклоподъемника cautiously lower glass so that in an aperture of a box of a door there were both bolts of fastening of glass.
Turn away bolts of fastening of glass (fig. 8.25).
The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of glass 8–12 Н·м.
Deduce glass from a sealant and cautiously take out from an aperture (fig. 8.26).

THE PREVENTION
Be cautious — do not drop glass in a box of a door and do not scratch it.
|
Separate an electric motor socket стеклоподъемника.
Remove стеклоподъемник in gathering, having turned away a nut of fastening of the mechanism стеклоподъемника and nuts of fastening of the electric motor (fig. 8.27).
The moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of the mechanism стеклоподъемника 4–6 Н·м.
Remove a forward fillet of glass of a door, having turned away a fastening nut.
The moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of a forward fillet of glass of a door 4–6 Н·м.
Remove a back fillet of glass of a door, having turned away a fastening nut (fig. 8.28).
The moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of a back fillet of glass of a door 4–6 Н·м.
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
The lock and the external handle of a door
Remove an upholstery of a forward door, the holder of an upholstery, влагозащитный an apron and динамик.
Remove glass and стеклоподъемник.

Turn away screws of fastening of a casing of draught of deenergizing of the lock and by means of a stripper remove a casing (fig. 8.29).
Turn away three screws of fastening of the lock of a door (fig. 8.30).

Turn away bolts of fastening of the external handle of a door, disconnect draught and remove the external handle.
The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the external handle of a door 8–11 Н·м.
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
Door adjustment
Slightly ослабьте an inhaling of bolts of fastening of loops of a door also adjust its position, moving a door in a doorway upwards-downwards or to the left-to the right (fig. 8.31).

Turn away screws of fastening of an upholstery of a door and by means of a stripper remove an upholstery (fig. 8.34).

Remove a door upholstery, the holder of an upholstery, влагозащитный an apron and динамик.
Pressing the switch стеклоподъемника cautiously establish glass in the necessary position.
Turn away three nuts of fastening стеклоподъемника (fig. 8.35), slightly ослабьте an inhaling of the fourth nut, then disconnect the holder of glass from стеклоподъемника.
The moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening стеклоподъемника 8–12 Н·м.
Turn away bolts of fastening of a fillet of glass.
The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a fillet of glass 8–12 Н·м.
Cautiously take out glass from a door box. Remove стеклоподъемник, having turned away the fourth nut of its fastening.

THE PREVENTION
Be cautious — do not drop and do not scratch glass.
|
Take out from a fillet a glass sealant (fig. 8.36).
Remove the top fillet, having turned away the fastening screw (fig. 8.37).
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
Motionless glass
Remove an upholstery of a back door.
Remove glass and стеклоподъемник.
Remove a glass fillet.
Remove motionless glass, moving it in a direction specified in fig. 8.38.
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
The lock and the external handle of a door
Remove a door upholstery, the holder of an upholstery, влагозащитный an apron and динамик.
Remove glass and стеклоподъемник.
Turn away screws of fastening of a casing of draught of deenergizing of the lock (fig. 8.39) and remove a casing by means of a stripper.
Separate an electric motor socket стеклоподъемника and turn away screws of fastening of the lock of a door (fig. 8.40).
The moment of an inhaling of screws of fastening of the lock of a door 8–11 Н·м.
Turn away bolts of fastening of the external handle of a door, disconnect draught, remove the lock and the external handle of a door.
The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the external handle of a door 8–12 Н·м.
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
Adjustment of doors
Slightly ослабьте an inhaling of bolts of fastening of loops of a door also adjust door position, moving it upwards-downwards or to the left-to the right.
Adjust position of a clamp of the lock, slightly having weakened an inhaling of screws of fastening and moving a clamp upwards-downwards or to the left-to the right.
Position adjustment опускного glasses
Remove an upholstery of a door and влагозащитный an apron.
Lift glass.
Slightly ослабьте an inhaling of nuts of fastening стеклоподъемника.
Shift glass in a direction to a back part or to a forward part and tighten fastening nuts.
Lower glass.
Ослабьте an inhaling of nuts of fastening of a back fillet.
Shift a back fillet against the stop in an edge of glass and tighten fastening nuts.
Check up smoothness of moving of glass.
Decorative overlays of doors
Decorative overlays of doors are established on the plastic latches located on small distance from each other. For overlay removal it is necessary to insert a screw-driver or other suitable tool between an overlay and a door surface. Gradually moving ahead along an overlay, separate an overlay from a door, overcoming resistance of latches.
For prevention of traumas in an operating time use protective gloves. A screw-driver or other tool used for removal of an overlay, wrap up a fabric not to damage a paint and varnish covering of a body.
At removal of overlays watch to damaging a paint and varnish covering of a body.
The overlays of doors damaged at removal are not subject to a reuse.

Remove an internal decorative overlay of a mirror from the interior of a door.
Separate a contact socket of a heating system and the mirror electric drive.
Remove a mirror, having turned away three bolts of fastening.

Removal and hatch installation in gathering
For access reception to сдвижной roof panels it is necessary to remove a roof upholstery completely.
For hatch removal in gathering remove following details:
– Forward seats;
– A back seat;
– The roof console;
– Facing of forward racks of a body;
– Facing of thresholds of forward doors;
– Facing of thresholds of back doors;
– Seat belts of forward seats;
– The bottom and top facings of average racks of a body;
– Fastening of seat belts of a back seat;
– Cross-section facing;
– Fastening of a seat belt of an average place of a back seat;
– Lateral facings of a luggage space;
– Facings of back racks of a body;
– Sun-protection peaks and hand-rail;
– A roof upholstery.
Disconnect a water drain hose (fig. 8.43).

Remove сдвижную the roof panel in gathering, having turned away a nut of fastening and one bolt (fig. 8.44).

Open sun-protection шторку and by means of a screw-driver remove a decorative overlay (fig. 8.45).
Remove glass сдвижной roof panels, having turned away a fastening nut (with right and a left-hand side) (fig. 8.46).
The moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of glass сдвижной panels of a roof 4–6 Н·м.
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.

Turn away a nut of fastening of the electric motor of a drive сдвижной roof panels, separate a contact socket of the block of management and remove the electric motor (fig. 8.47).
Remove the management block.
Remove the drive mechanism сдвижной roof panels, having turned away fastening screws (fig. 8.48).
Remove sun-protection шторку, having removed an emphasis on the rail end (fig. 8.49).
Turn directing, having pressed a screw-driver on ползун, a hand wring out upwards a clamp through an aperture on a rail underside then remove directing, keeping a hand a clamp in the displaced position as it is possible further (fig. 8.50 and 8.51).

Remove дефлектор, having turned away fastening screws on the right and at the left (fig. 8.52).
Assemblage
Establish дефлектор (having inserted a clip, attach a stopper).
Insert a clamp into a rail (fig. 8.53).

THE PREVENTION
Do not rearrange in places the left and right clamps.
|
Attach ползун to a cable. Displace an edge of the equalizer before combination with ползуном directing (fig. 8.54).
Arrange a ledge of a boot And (fig. 8.55) above, and a boot pillow In below.
Insert a ledge ползуна into a clamp groove (fig. 8.56).
If the preparatory operations described above are executed successfully, insert directing to a rail, and internal скобу into an aperture of the bottom rail (fig. 8.57).
Completely insert directing to a rail.
Screw-driver move ползун against the stop in the equalizer (fig. 8.58).
Establish sun-protection шторку, insert an emphasis (fig. 8.59).

THE PREVENTION
At installation шторки track that protective caps have been reliably established.
|
Insert a cable into a tube of the mechanism of a drive.
Establish the drive mechanism in a hatch frame.
Establish the electric motor and the management block, connect a contact socket.

For initialization simultaneously press switches of moving of the panel of a roof in longitudinal and vertical directions at the switched off ignition and the closed panel, then include ignition. Thus сдвижная the roof panel should be slightly opened automatically, then be closed and remain in the closed position (fig. 8.60).

THE NOTE
Initialization should be carried out in following cases:
– After opening or closing сдвижной roof panels manually;
– After replacement of details, including the electric motor, the block of management, conducting;
– After elimination of malfunction of conducting of the hatch;
– At infringement of work after replacement of the storage battery.
Initialization spend and after hatch assemblage.

Emergency opening and hatch closing
Emergency opening and closing сдвижной is shown the roof panel on fig. 8.61.
At the closed hatch insert шестигранный a key into a nest of a shaft of the electric motor and slowly rotate it clockwise.
Emergency opening or closing is spent at refusal of the electric drive or the management block, for example, when the rain begins, at driving on a motorway etc.
